shh. is for people who are 18 or older. If you’re younger, please don’t use it. Every character in every story is an adult.

What it is

shh. offers interactive fiction, written live by AI as you read. It is fiction: the characters and events are invented, and it isn’t advice of any kind. Pages can be imperfect, and we may change or remove stories at any time.

How to use it

• Use it for yourself, as a reader.
• Don’t try to make the story write about real people or about harm to anyone.
• Don’t try to break or overload the service.

The story may decline to follow a direction that crosses these lines.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You let us store it and send it to a model provider so the story can continue, as described in the privacy page.
